As we approach the launch, we want to extend our gratitude to existing stkATOM (ERC-20) users and want to share some updates for them. Upon the launch of the new stkATOM product on the IBC-enabled Persistence chain, the ability to deposit ATOM to mint stkATOM (ERC-20) on the Ethereum chain will be indefinitely halted. However, other functions such as claiming staking rewards, unstaking and reclaiming native ATOM will continue without any interruption.
