🚨 [pSTAKE on Cosmos Unstaking Issue Update] Unstaking stkATOM through the pSTAKE dApp UI has resumed. Users can now reclaim their stkATOM that was previously unable to undergo the unstaking process. The issue has been fixed with a Persistence chain upgrade. Our devs have rigorously tested the solution and all user flows to ensure protocol normalcy. Quickly summarizing the timeline: 21 June 2023: The stkATOM unstaking issue was identified 24 June 2023: Unstaking stkATOM via the pSTAKE dApp UI was temporarily paused as a security measure 22-29 June 2023: Devs worked on creating a fix & thorough testing 30 June 2023: The fix went live with a Persistence chain upgrade We are grateful for our users' patience & support during this time. gm everyone! 👋 Exciting update coming from the EVM team is that $stkETH v2 has been deployed on devnet. 🫡 In the next few days, we’ll thoroughly test out the complex (on the backend) yet beautiful (optimized for UX) technical design we’ve built. 👀 Another positive news is that a second audit (after Peckshield) with Halborn has started too. 🔒 Once we’ve tested things out on the devnet (& testnet later), we’ll start an aggressive outreach into the Ethereum community on how pSTAKE is built different. 🗣 We’ll also start introducing various partners we’ve been working with, including technical infrastructure as well integrations. 🙌 Exciting times ahead!
